The most efficient way is to bring the instrument to one of our 3 locations and we will give you a receipt that we have received it. We also encourage our customers to ship the instrument if they are not able to bring the instrument to us. We can also pick the instrument up from the school. If you wish for us to pick up the instrument, please call our store and we will give instructions on how to leave the instrument.
Our program is a rent to own with the option of return. The money you are paying is going towards the purchase of the instrument, but you always have the option to return.
We can accommodate your child with another instrument of their choice at any time during the contract as long as the current contract is up to date. If you wish to do an Exchange please call our store and we will take your information and begin the Exchange process as quickly as possible.
We do not provide insurance; however, we do offer a repair agreement on all our instruments that will ensure that the instrument stays in playing condition as long as the student is involved in music. The agreement is $5 a month on our contracts and $60 for a yearly purchase of the Repair Agreement.
All of our rental instruments have a $50 down payment. On pro line or step up instruments we ask for a 10% down payment of the retail of the specific instrument.
We have several options for our customers to pay their bill. Most of our customers simply send us a check with their statement each month. Many of our customers choose the auto pay option. Customer can provide us with a debit or credit card and we can credit their account each month with our secure auto pay option. We also have the option for customers to pay online or call our office during store hours and make your payment over the phone with a debit or credit card.
