Rental Instrument Exchange Terms and Conditions

1. Your teacher must recommend  that your student try another instrument.
2. We will exchange only once.
3. If the exchange occurs during the trial period, we will apply all of your down payment to the exchange.
4. If the exchange occurs after the initial trial period, we will apply a prorated amount to the exchange.
5. Your account must be up-to-date.
