Rental Instrument Return Terms and Conditions

1. You can return the instrument at any time.   If your account is up to date, there are no further obligations.   
2. The complete instrument (including mouthpiece, ligature, mouthpiece cap, end plug, mallets, sticks, practice pad and drum stands) is returned.
3. You will be billed for missing items and your monthly payments will continue to be due until the missing items are returned or paid for.
4. The instrument must not show wear and tear beyond what is considered, by us, to be normal.  Abused, neglected, or destroyed instruments cannot be returned; therefore, the rental contract will remain in effect.
5. Please call us and tell us that you intend to return the instrument.   After enclosing account information in the case, you may give the instrument to your band director and we will get it on our next trip to the school.  If you decide to return the instrument after our last scheduled visit to the school, or at any time during the year, we recommend that you bring the instrument in or ship it to us.  Your band director will know when the last visit will be. 
6. The instrument is not considered returned until it is in our store.
